What This Is
You have a creative idea that needs technology to make it work. Maybe it's a VR experience, an AR installation, a web app, or something that doesn't have a name yet. I help you figure out the right approach and build a working prototype.
I'm not an agency with a specific stack I push everyone towards. My background spans VR, AR, AI, web development, multimedia production, and drone operations. That means I can assess your idea on its own terms and recommend whatever actually makes sense, whether that's an off-the-shelf platform, a custom build, or sometimes just a different approach entirely.
How I Work
It depends on the project. Sometimes I build the whole thing. Sometimes I build the prototype and hand it over with documentation. Sometimes I work alongside your team. And increasingly, I help people build their own prototypes using AI coding tools, which is often faster and cheaper than hiring a developer.
- Assess what you're trying to achieve and whether the technology exists to do it well
- Research platforms, tools, and approaches that fit your budget and timeline
- Build a rapid prototype to test the concept before committing to full development
- Develop custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools don't cut it
- Guide you through building it yourself with AI tools if that's the better path
Who This Is For
- Arts and cultural organisations — galleries, festivals, heritage sites wanting to use technology in their programming
- Creative agencies — teams with ambitious ideas that need rapid technical execution
- Research projects — funded research that needs a creative technologist for builds, demos, or installations
- Anyone with an idea — if you've got a concept and you're not sure whether the tech exists to make it work, that's exactly the conversation to start with
What I've Built
My experience ranges from LIDAR scanning physical venues for virtual recreation, to WebAR experiences that run in the browser, to AI chatbots and full-stack platforms, to real-time conversational AI integrated with augmented reality. The connecting thread is creative projects that need someone who can move quickly between different technologies.

Feedback
Chris has a problem-solving mind and a genuinely hands-on attitude to innovation. He was always willing to dive into VR and AR challenges with us — whether troubleshooting volumetric capture pipelines or brainstorming new ways to push what the technology could do.
